2-Way Electronic Crossover w/Remote Subwoofer??

I will be running two Kicker 6x9s off the head unit and two Kicker 8 inch SUBS off a Profile BA400 AMP.

Would this be good to control the subs via REMOTE? If not what would be? Also can i hook up the two subs to it?

look for the Kicker KX3....

Someone give me a 'HINT' how to hook this KX3 up to "ONE" 12 inch sub and "TWO" Kicker 6x9s I will bu using the Profile BA400 2ch AMP.

Do I just hook the KX3 up to the SUB?
