Solo X 18" or MT 18"

Alright since It seems more logical for me(don't have as much space as I figured) to just run 1 18" woofer instead of 4 12s, which should I get?

I can buy either a Solo X 18" or an 18" MT. I am getting 2 Orion 2500Ds to power whichever I choose. My question is which will hit harder with that much power.

I have an MT 18 so I am kind of bias. You won't be sorry with either one. If anyone says that one is louder than the other than they are full of crap. Being loud is all about the install and test, test, test. Have fun with which ever one you choose.

I'd go with the MT 18" and I am unbiased, yet I haven't worked much with either one.

A lot of competitors bringing home trophey are running MT's...

I would imagine they are both capable of great numbers.

Its always to open up your trunk and see 4 12s going all the way across.

if you went 2 15's i'd get sx's, if you want an 18, i'd go with either, recones r pretty cheap for both

Solo X is gonna cost a good deal more than an MT.
