He needs an amp for his dorm or house or someshit. there is no way in hell you you can use a computer PSU for an amp that big. Try buying a plate amp. I think dayton makes a 1000w one..

they do, its over 400 for a 1000w, that why i posted the behringer rack mount for 300

You can stack power supplies, say 5 200 watt power supplies hooked up to one or two decent batteries. When i was younger i was toying around with car audio in the house. I ran about 1000rms to 2 15"s off of 2 50 amp battery chargers and 2 sealed powermaster batts.
