2 rivets on sub magnet broken

FedEx dropped dropped my package.. Looked forward to this delivery for a month, finally got the money and made a shipment order... My box arrived with some pieces of plastic broken off inside the box it was shipped in... Didn't think anything of it.. Took the box out and felt the speakers for movement.. Immediately horrified once I felt the right sub and it wouldn't come out after it went down.. Thought it was blown and removed it to find 2 rivets snapped that hold the magnet secure which is causing it to be uneven, ultimately causing the speaker to rub.. Its not blown however...

Basically... Am I fucked? Can I replace the rivets sense it seems possible that it's still centered?

I got a claim setup already and im prepared to wage war considering they are responsible for shitting all over my high hopes..

I can provide some pics...it seems fixable..

Ughhhh, Looking at these pics make me cringe... FedEx d-bags!!

I build subs, and I can honestly say that thing is fucked. It could be fixed, but it would need a recone or someone whom knows how to debond ca glue safely and on top of that have the metal working skills to re-drill the rivets or attach the motor on with just ca glue.

Its actually a 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch v2..

Anyways, thanks a lot for the responses, really appreciate it.. Gonna bite the bullet and look forward to a whole new setup in the near future.. I'll have to deal with my flame series audiobahns in the meantime.

Again, thank you everyone.

the grimy one, most subs are bolted basket to motor only a few companys use the old riviting way to attach a steel backet to the motor. its alot cheaper but not near as strong...

PLEASE, talk to the forum before you buy anything else, please?

Yes they are liable.. And I will hit the forums up for sure when I goto buy something next time, this system however was given to me.. All I spent was shipping (about 60$)

I got an amp, a ported Rockford enclosure for dual 12"s and 2 punch v2 subs.. Can't complain =)

Thank you everyone, for your replies.
