ya right now i just dont trust myself to do it...so ima get it done by a professional...or at least someone who has done it b4...i read the forums everyday and i keep trying to get as much info as i can take in about car audio...and hopefully when i replace something ill install the new w/e myself because probably by that time ill know a thing or two lol

i actually have an '02 civic coupe myself. if you want to try and do a couple things yourself i can steer you in the right direction. http://www.civicforums.com has a ton of info and great diy's specifically for 7th gens if you're looking to see how easy it really can be. on the other hand plenty of it is a pita too. =P

the biggest hurdle to face in our cars are those **** retaining clips. i still get scared sometimes pulling off panels thinking i'm gonna break them. they just need a good tug though. they get easier to remove after the first time too.
