Here is what Image Dynamics told me:

Going over your box volume...

This is what I would suggest:

Box volume is 4.8 after sub and port displacement

you will need 2 - 4" round ports 11.65 long each aeroports would be best!

you don't have enough room to make it to the specs they suggested

based on what you gave us, using 3/4" MDF, you have only 4.5 cf gross...you need another 0.2 cf for port (+/_ a bit) displacement and then whatever the subs displace plus anoth 0.3 ft to get to their specs

i can stretch it to 35 wide would that help? possibly to 19 deep as well

it'll be close to specs...not quite but thats without any bracing. it's probably good enough for you not to notice an audible difference but the box size may change tuning slightly.

i don't see why not...contact one of the box designers on here and have them model the subs for you. they should be able to come up with a real nice design

well buckyboy hooked me up with one but it was 2 high so today I spent all day putting a box together to learn it was 2 high shit pissed me the **** off
