2 18's? 4 10's? 6 12's? which would hit harder

about those MTXRFL subs. why waste the money on those subs. they are the biggest pieces of overpriced crap i've ever heard, in my opinion. they sound like a loud fart and are so hard to get to sound the way they should b/c of how much power they need. what kind of amps you gonna be running if you get 6 12"s though?? i mean you gotta think if you have 2 18"s you don't need as much power to run then as you would on those 6 12"s am i right?? i don't know i don't know kicker subs never used em just don't like them as much as other's. not to knock em i just don't really like them. great products just not into them.

get the visonik amps, mine is 1 ohm stable rms is 1000 watts, 1500 max, I could put four twelves in here, , but I only have two, which put me at 2 ohms, 750 rms, mono blocks are cool, especialy this one because it is parrell compatable, which means that I can get another visonik amp like mine and make then one huge mone block, which would be 2000 watts @ 1 ohm rms, 3000 peak., they only cost 500 a piece. I would do this If I wanted 8 12s in my car. ( dont buy kickers, they get burt coils, get hollywood excrusions 12s,) thats what I have, they are 2ohm x 2 ohm coils .and my systen is better than most. the amp even has a remote gain control, which is required with that kind of system. I had two alpine dual coil r tens hooked up to this, but they where over powerd @ 1 ohm.

If I had a $1000's to spend on subs I would buy L7's probly. They really are tight ass speakers. I myself plan on getting 2 L7 12's as soon as I got the money. I'm curious how your going to push your subs tho' and is this 1000 for subz and speakers or just subz?

i've decided to get 4 kicker comp vr 15's because i found something better to spend my money on i'm only paying like 120 a piece for them and thats the lowest price i've seen but i still need amp ideas i was thinkin like power acoustic? or ma audio or something i wanna spend about 300 for both amps and i want two at about 1200 watts a piece so give me some ideas

If I had that type of money and wanted nothing but SPL I'd pry go with a couple MMATS Juggernauts. They run about 500 a piece and are honestly the loudest subs I have ever heard in a daily driver...feed each of those a couple thousand watts and you'd be set

go with 2 JBL 1200.1's about 1300 clean watts each, and like 260 each off the net
