2 15" subs!!! WHICH ONES!?!?!

Hifonics is gonna be underratted 10-20 percent unless your electrical is just floating at 14.4 or higher.

For $250 get a audioque 1200 or MTX TA 7801 both do 1200rms at 1 ohm and are underrated by a good margin.

I am looking at an auction on ebay with the MtX TA7801 that you suggested... This amp would be a better bet than the hifonics Brutus BXi 1606D? How much will this amp actually put out? Also, are there any 2 15" subs that will SOUND BETTER than the 2 Kicker 15" CVRs at the same price? ($250 shipped)

Thanks!!

there have been alot of different subs suggested for you

yet you keep bringing up the kickers. It seems as though you have a thing for kicker and just want us to say get the Kickers so. Just buy the kickers already.

they are a good budget sub/beginner. Is there better of course, and in time you will learn that you could have found better for the money, its really your choice.

If you think you want somthing better then a budget sub then take a month or two and save some more money and research the different brands that are being suggested. you will find that car audio can be a $$$$ hobby

^^ I was looking at those subs... I have been trying to find 2 of those used but cant seem to find anyone on the net selling them since they have no dealers... None of them are on ebay unfortunately.... Oh and I have another question... What is the difference between a 10" Audioque sd2.5 compared to a 12" or 15" when they have the same output and VC? Just wondering exactly what the sound difference is between them!

Thanks!

the only difference is the cone area, the 10" will have a tighter crisp response and the 15" will have a deeper, harder response in my opinion. they really won't sound any different. if they sound different its only due to the box design. Which i don;t think that has been mentioned yet your enclose design plays a big role in a subs output i would say about 65%

Is 38" by 37.5" big enough space to build a nice box for 2 15" subs? Also, is this true..The more wattage the sub puts out the bigger the box for that sub is going to have to be? If so why is that true?
