That is what they claim in threads here and on the web site
you would need to get @sundownz ...he is a partner in Obsidian and owner of Sundown.

Save up and get some sundown sa's. This would be wise, especially if you were wanting to get another mb quart down the road. The sa's just handle power better than anything ive seen in that price range.

i love the sundowns great subs

i have no clue what the 3:1 ratio means lol and i have room for maby 4 or 5 cubes if i can do it right and get rid of the carpet

A 3:1 ratio mean to each sealed section do 3x ported. So if ur sub was in a 1 cu ft sealed the u would do 3 cubes ported overall giving u a 4 cu ft box

Hit up one of the box designers on this website to make sure your box is perfect. THAT will be more of a deciding factor in your score than the subs you run.

im probably going to do that i think one of em knows my car pretty well i cant quite remember though...

if u bring it up to them they will tell u what would be best in car. there not hard to build but it takes practice
