obsidians are better IMO but the DX's are still impressive

They take a lot of power and don't get stinky!!! And they play super low I saw 6 12's in an explorer on an NS1 and it was serious flexxing
awesome //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i love the lows how would 2 12's compare to 2 vvx 10's on the same amp? kinda louder or significantly louder? sorry for the 20 questions but moneys tight these days so i wanna make sure ill love em //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

IMO it all depends on ur box. i like the obsidians over the vvx's and u will get slightly more cone area but those subs performance wise i think are pretty close. make sure ur box is right and ur set

not much comparable difference...except 3.6 db in efficiency, Obsidian has stitched surround and the obvious $47.00 ea. in price.

based on facts, with each sub is it's optimum enclosure with all power and source material being the same, the Obsidian will in fact shat on the skar 10...and I would bet on the 12 for that matter.

Save up and get some sundown sa's. This would be wise, especially if you were wanting to get another mb quart down the road. The sa's just handle power better than anything ive seen in that price range.
