(2) 12" Type R & (2) MRD-M1005... Box?

I have (2) 12" Type R and (2) MRD-M1005. They will be going into a 04 King Cab Nissan Frontier. I need a few suggestions on a box for them. I plan to run them in a ported box tuned to about 28Hz.

Should I build a box so each sub has its own enclosure since they will each be on their own amp or just put them in the same box? I'm not sure which direction to go with this. I have always put my subs in the same box, but have always ran them off of one amp. I am using the same model amp on both subs. The birth sheet on one amp states 1104 rms and the other amp states 1186 rms. Its only an 82 watt difference and I am sure those numbers from Alpine are under near perfect circumstances. Let me know what you guys think.
