1997 Acura RL Help

Hey guys, my wife is looking to buy a '97 Acura RL with the factory Bose system. Problem is, we want to put her Alpine in it. I can't find a dash kit anywhere, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea on whether or not you can replace the HU in this car, and if so, what do I need to do it? Any help would be great!

Buying new speakers doesn't solve the lack of a CD player problem.

Make it with what? I've never run into this problem. Every car I've had has a kit available for it.

Because speakers do not equal a new HU with a cd player. The car has a Bose system with cassette only.

Is the existing HU integrated into the dash? Do you know what I mean by that?

If you mean is it all one piece, no. But it is a very large unit. It can comeout separately, it's just a funky shape and no one makes a dash kit.

You may be SOL on that one - I'm guessing maybe a depth issue? Or too narrow? Tough to say w/o a photo & I don't remember that car interior. Got some shots of it?
