18 sub recommendation

Currenty I have 2 15's(these) on a AP3K in a 7 cubed box tuned to 34hz. It gets suprisingly loud and is a decent budget system. I paid 190 shipped for both subs about two years ago.

I want to stop being cheap and try some fi, dc, sundown etc. Looking for a nice 18" sub that hits the lows real hard. I'm looking for gut renching lows on the ap3k(listen to hip hop and r & b). Budget is 550 shipped.

sundown z series version3 I hear they are low end monsters I don't know first hand but I have heard they do good tuned low same with dc xl's

i thought the hdc3/hdc4 liked higher tuning, I want low end bass

I'm leaning toward a Zcon even though I don't want to wait a month to get it, hdc3 are very enticing price wise(200 cheaper) but not sure if they can get low like I want them.

see im getting conflicting information about the hdc3, many people say they are loud as hell in the upper 30's low 40's but are just ok on lower 30's and high 20's

I had two hdc3 18's myself tuned to 32 hrtz did ok but they get loud at higher tuning like 38. Another idea is 2 or maybe 3 obsidian 18's cheapest 18 I have seen and I hear they do really good for the price

can they hdc3 get down low tuned that high? I was looking at those OA subs, but it will at least another 2 months before they are in.
