haha wow...you couldnt have picked a better time to bump this. i ahvent worked on this for a few days...but today i decidided to do some work and i changed the design slightly. i do beleive this will be th final design.



im posting this for your viewing pleasure while i figure out the port and how large the enclosure is. last timei checked it was 7.7cubes hehe....ill get back to ya soon:naughty:

Whoever it was that posted the idea about using the spare tire well, thanks. I had never thought about that idea for gaining clearance. I can get to my spare with my setup, but its PITA...so why have it.

haha osb:yumyum: . the actual box will be done in birtch..but that build wont start for a few weeks atleast. planing makes for an easy build well easier...and less headache

alright, i finished the design. its tuned to 32 hz...92.75 ^2 inches of port. port is 13.25x7x21"long. 6.7 cubes after port and driver displacement



it will be firing directly into the back seat basically. its about 3 inches away though, not snug up against it...im not sure if it will be good or not..//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif it should be fine.just will have a lot of back seat flex haha

just slant the box back if u dont have enough room.

im painting the box with bedliner after i pop the back glass out and finish the cosmetic work behind the aeros

i have tape down before i layed anything so if push come to shove, i cap break the fiberglass down but its on top of the tape. not my car. so i mean im doin what i can with it. those r some rough pictures of the bondo, lol. that was my 1st attempt. also the pictures are with my camera phone so quality isnt the best.
