Audioque 1200d, but thats a little less powerful that what you want. Are you willing to go used? You could strap 2 AP apsm1300s and get 2kw for about 220 shipped.

A Hifonics Brutus BRZ1700.1D will do right around 1500 at 13V, and 1700 when you are at 14.4, and comes in at about 220$. I love my 1206D, even though it's the older model.

mehh... I like to stick to one amp. Im kind of limited on space lol. Its going into an 03 mustang trunk.

They are actually pretty small, you could build a rack and stack them and it wouldn't take up much space at all.

MB Quart and Hifonics are both made by the Maxxsonics corporation so they are basically the same internals with different casings and marketing efforts aka bade engineering. AFAIK MB Quart is at the top in terms of quality. It goes MB Quart > Hifonics > Crunch > Autotek.
