I would like to keep it under $300. Also power is a 1ohm, so a duel 2 would be prefered. Thanks for the suggestions so far. Anyone have a rl-p 15n they would like to trade for a ED 12a.22 in perfect condition. Has not been used for about 2 years. Blocked the cone so no sagging spider. If it gives you a idea that was the last sub I used.

I would be more comfortable with him looking at an IXL-15.2.2 over the MAW-15 as it can handle much more power than the MAW and has the voice coil config he is after..
