15" Box build

I'm pretty sure that where you mount the sub is purely cosmetic, the reason why my plans show it off to the right though was to account for bracing that went down the middle, but I decided to ixnay on the bracing and put the sub in the middle of the box.

Box has been built and put the sub in this morning. I have no more trunk but I don't use it anyway //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif The type R on the left was what used to be in the trunk and as you can see the AQ is much bigger.

Gave it a little test this morning and this thing shakes the shiz out of my car, haven't turned it up that much though, gonnna let it get a proper break in before I start slanging and banging the thing.

I found it funny that if the box was 1/16th taller or longer it would not of fit in the trunk:crap: but I got it in.

Oh and a little side note, the speaker wire I had going into the amp has 2 layers of that plastic insulation, and the + end still had the second layer on it when I pulled it out today from the type R ): Soooo I don't really know how it was getting power this whole time if the plastic was not strpped off (and yes it was still intact when I removed it, no holes in it at all).

it can make a difference if its too close to the port opening inside the box.
