12" sig build for forum member Anger (polished motor and OEM parts)

**** those terminals look close to the motor.
I recycled this basket from a that I rebuilt with the new style parts for a friend locally. Actually the terminals would touch other off-the-shelf 12 spoke or 4 spoke frames but the Z 12 spokes sit just high enough that they don't touch. They are very close but it doesn't look quite so bad if you tin your speaker cable and have some nice chunky wire in there.

I love these motors. If I don't end up using some kind of neo motors, I may use these in my next build.
Apart from the weight I have enjoyed using them immensely.

It has arrived! Looks like FedEx handled it pretty well, though the driver didn't seem too thrilled to be the one delivering it.

I gotta say, this thing is a monster...far from the rockford fosgate stuff I used to swear by. She will live in this cabinet until I build her a new house. Oh, and I named her Shanaynay.

Thanks again hispls!

I'm really happy that FedEx didn't ruin this for us! FYI the only thing I'm not 100% on this is the dustcap. I went for pretty over solid there, so keep an eye on that. Hopefully it'll hold up with the power you're planning to use, but only time will tell.
