12" Fi Q Box Build..Beware 56k.

Not bad man , not bad at all . Wipe off your excess glue with a damp rag while it's still wet . You will save yourself and arse ton of sanding //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

That works and if you are quick with the tape, you can use masking tape at the edges when you join the pieces that are being glued.

Sorry, I haven't posted in this thread for awhile. But I figured I'd answer your questions.

What the hell did you write ndneclosures in?
Silicone.

RIGHT. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Anyways, that is a nice box after the finishing. I noticed that you said you didn't have a router. How did you do the roundovers then?
I used a sanding block. (I don't know if that's the right word for it). It was hell.

Update: The sub is in and working perfectly. I instantly fell in love with the low end in my car. The box wanted to move around by itself before I secured it to the floor, so I will definitely do some more bracing and a double baffle. I also plan on laquering (sp?) the entire box black. Here is a video I threw together for your enjoyment.
