You do realize there are penty of 8's out there with a lower Fs than 10's, 12's or even bigger subs, right? So, you suggesting the speakers are 'struggling' with lows merely because of their cone diameter, is pure nonsense. If you were to say they were all struggling with the lows due to their high Fs, you would be correct. But you do not understand Fs, nor the subject at hand, so you make idiotic blanket statements like an array of 8's would struggle with lows simply because it's 8's.

So tell me, Mr Expert, if 8's struggle playing lows due to their lack of cone area, how does running an array of 8's, which effectively have the cone area of one or more larger versions of the same sub, STILL struggle with the lows? the answer...? Its Fs, IF they have a high one. if not, your example is wrong. therefore your example is not dependant on cone size, but actually the design of the speaker itself (and how that design affects Fs).
