1 battery front 3 back wiring help scv-6000d

How should i wire my batteries? I have two runs of 2/0 welding cable from front to back. I have 3 batteries in the back going to a scv-6000d(dual power and ground inputs). Right now i have 2 power cables coming from front to back battery 1 and 3 and jumpers from 1 and 3 to battery 2. Then ground cables from 1 and 3 and jumpers from 1 and 3 to battery 2. Will this work or no? Should I use battery 2 for both power cables to amp or batteries 1 and 3? Does it matter? Am I completely wrong? Can you please help? Thanks in advance.

I'm sure the denizens of CarAudio will jump on me for saying this, but you want to wire all your 12V batteries in parallel. Don't try and get fancy. How many alternators does you ride have? One probably, and it;s responsible for runnign all your ride's electrics when the car's engine is running. Multiple or more capacious batteries just provide a lot more transient power draw "cushioning" while the car;s engine is running and longer life when it's not.

Just connect the 2 runs to batt one and two and a jumper from batt 2 to 3. Then ground each batt individually.
