1 300w sub, 4 mids, need amp!

As the topic title says, I need help getting an amp. My problem is that I don't know what good brands are, and the one I was looking at was Crunch, and I was told crunch isn't that good. However, I only have $150ish to spend on an amp. Here's what it's going to be powering:

Exile Xtec 10" / 300w (can probably take slightly more)

The mids will be rigged so that the left one and the right ones have their own channel.

So, I need a 4ch amp that can power all this, hopefully under $150. Is that too much to ask? And I also have 8 guage wire, will that be enough?

The Soundstorm looks a little suspect. Pretty sturdy power ratings for the price. I would look at some more established brands.

The other option is to lay low for a couple of months and save up some more cash. I would go with 4 gauge wire if you haven't already run the 8 gauge.

Yea, I'm getting the second one. So, when I bridge it, it'll be 170w @ 2ohm x2, which will give me 340w @ 4ohm, right? Also, what are the dimensions of that thing, because I'm in a single cab ranger, and some of those amps are pretty big
