1/0 gauge on the passport

Decided it was finally time to run a 1/0 to the back

comments and suggestions appreciated

Raptor 250A ANL

Since I will still be using this vehicle off road, I decided to run the 1/0 through the frame such that it would not snag on anything

Drilled a hole under the passenger seat and formed the edges as to not damage the insulation

The wire follows stock wiring to the wheel well, and then follows the floor/well seam, you can see where it emerges

I used GOOP to seal and suspend the 1/0 where it passes through the body, and will do the same for the ground when i drill its hole through the floor under the rear seat..

im confused, where did you need to go under the car/through the frame? why not through the firewall and keep it all inside the car

I could not find a good place to drill through the firewall without ripping out the entire dash

the holes were existing in the frame, and i suspended the wire in the hole and filled around with GOOP.

those are just plugs...they were unusable

the wire on the frame with no grommet is a NO NO.......see pics 3 and 4

get a grommet or something to get that wire off that metal

if that pos cable rubs through the jacket and touches the frame you will have one hot ride.
