07 xterra build...... for the wifey

will be in the works when it comes to rewiring the power wire etc.....
I had the same engine in my frontier, running a aq2200 and a jbl 4 channel. I had Stock alt, big 3, and two extra batts. Idle at full tilt maybe a .2 drop. Also the alt is real fun to get to just FYI

did some work today on it..... still waiting on the plexi should be here Saturday. once I get that in I can decide how far down I can bring down the side walls to start the curve of the face on the box and then cut the piece in two. anyways its starting to take alittle shape

no real update but i should be cleaning out the garage from the mess of doing my homes floors. i want my garage back and once i do i can get back on this project.

well doesn't seem like much difference but got pics anyways

I didn't get much done tonight... I ran of out of wood and my drill wasn't charged but anyways I got some pics for you.

my pile of pieces cut... I just have one amp shelf to cut and one back wall piece.

couple angles of the box.....

and a shot of the plexi lit up to kinda give you the idea of what it will look like.

Is your wife a bass head? Mine would kill me if I took all the utility out of a sport utility vehicle, while simultaneously making the not so great gas mileage even worse. There is place for massive systems, I just don't think the wife's daily is it.

lol this was the wife's idea. she doesn't like stock things neither do I. this will take up the entire cargo area and if we need to pack groceries into it that's what the back seat is for lol. its not that massive of a system but definitely wont be a quite one at that. im just slowly building it. my weekends now contain nothing but football so im doing alittle here and there. I should have the speaker rings mounted and once that happens this thing will be ready to be wrapped and glassed....the fun part //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I still need to figure of the plexi glass inlay on the front piece but I will tackle that once I get the glass work going.
