You guys probably remember the first box designs for this truck. Well we decided to put it into play Last night. I made some revisions to the box so he could fit in his seat more comfortably.

and a really rough sketchup draw-up to grab demensions from

7.8cu/ft after all disp. 104sq/in of port 13.75" long @ 32htz

Started the box at 9:00 Thursday Night.

Little Test Fit In The Truck

Port Cut-out, In, And rounded over

I ran into a little issue with the top piece fitting against the baffle, so I cut an angle on the top (not pictured, but you can kinda see it in these pix)

And this is how the box sat overnight. Quit at 6am Friday morning.

lookin good! i have the same truck. havent tried port on the bottom like that, it should sound real good.i have a few pics in my profile of a couple setups ive had.

yep, same here lol. ive tried subs up.... and they dont sound the same. subs forward is the way to go, my next setup will be another single 18" sub forward, 2 6" aero's up.

every inside seam was caulked:

SAND SAND SAND SAND (not pictured)

Port Sprayed & Glue adhesive
