get the dub 7 for $250 and beat on it for a couple weeks and if you get bored with it you can turn around and sell it for $300. Win win.

Where do you Civic guys ground your head unit? I just recently hooked up my old equipment and I am getting some engine whine....so after re sanding the trunk ground spot I am moving on to grounding the head unit. Where is the closest spot? Thanks! 2000 Civic by the way

If you want to save some cash you could look at an old school JBL Bp 1200.1. Does 1200 @1 and 2ohm.

Something isn't right. $1500 for an '01 car with under 100k miles? Seems to good to be true. If it is legit, you should buy it and then sell it yourself, then take the profit you made and buy some audio equipment.

If its between those 2 setups, then its the 2 8w7s hands down.

I would make a support for the magnet before I drilled more holes. Just be sure to account for the volume of the support.

a single 15" sealed IDMAX would sound nice. Other options would be a w6or even a JBL GTI

I will def be deadening the door in the future. When I have the extra $$ I will probably get some SS sludge and then something else on top of that.
