Civic Head unit grounding question?

Where do you Civic guys ground your head unit? I just recently hooked up my old equipment and I am getting some engine whine....so after re sanding the trunk ground spot I am moving on to grounding the head unit. Where is the closest spot? Thanks! 2000 Civic by the way
