Bought a home theater sub from best buy. Hate it. Can I return it for that reason???
Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe Best Buy charges a 15% restocking fee on things like that.- HellsRise

I was just referencing the fact that this is a common practice; not trying to imply anywhere about where you live, but just saying that people trust Best Buy and big companies like that without a second thought when their computer is being fixed/diagnosed the exact same way.- HellsRise

All of the computers brought back to Best Buy are fixed this way - they hook your computer up to the internet and it's remotely repaired by some guy in India. At least this way if something is up with your computer, we have (had) an impressive people-tracking team.- HellsRise
