It's illegal to have ANY tint on the front windows in Michigan. The back windows can be as dark as you like though. It doesn't make any sense to me though because the cops approach from the rear of a vehicle.

I've used a vice, vice grips, and hammer+punch+ground and all three have worked just fine, albeit a PITA to do 1/0 with vice grips. Crush it down til you can't pull it apart by hand and then wrap'er tight with electrical tape and it'll be fine.

I have Kicker RCAs which work pretty well... I got a ridiculous discount on them through Circuit City's vendor accomodations so I couldn't pass it up.

Thankfully the force exerted to destroy those rear seats should be enough to slow it down where it doesn't do anything to me in the front seats.

I put tool box rubber tray liner on the bottom of the box to keep it from sliding in the back. Then I made a box tall enough that it couldn't fit past the back seats.
