Well that's a suckie experience. He gave you an '84 Corvette for that amp and subs?I had one in a 4th order config, with two 8" CV drivers. It hit about 125dB with a Punch 75. Not bad at the time.
Sold it to a kid who worked for me, for his '84 dog of a Corvette.
It got stolen before he even paid me for it.
I didn't have that, but I had the Pioneer Avic-Z1 with the built in 30GB hard drive. I believe only 10 gigs were for music.Anyone have one of these? The idea of many thousands of songs at my fingertips was irresistible. Whopping 20GB hard drive!

I really can't remember. I just remember most of the HD was for the map and operating system. The Z1 had a lot of different mapping features on it.20 GB of maps?
C. BT boombox. Selling requires waiting for someone to show up and there are many no shows and stingy hagglers. Bookshelf speakers may hardly get used for you'd have to be in that room where you set them up.Should I: A. Sell them. B. Turn them into a set of bookshelf speakers C. Turn them into a Bluetooth boombox. ??
(Woofers are Boston. The original grills are toast)

I think I still have a MTX active xo.Another oldie. Had one mounted on the transmission hump by my right knee so I could adjust on-the-fly for the music I was playing (LONG before DSP could be applied en masse to digital files).

I remember those Majestic amps!!I had 2 10's in a highly modded-out 95 mustang gt...
In the trunk, firing into the sides of the corner panels, sounded amazing for not much work at all....
Other than that, my childhood involved mtx woofers, majestic amps, & eventually highfonics Zeus when they were good & expensive...
