Hello guys, I bought the DS18 Pro-GM6.4PK and I need help in how to wire it. I am currently upgrading the current door speakers and adding the tweeters. I already have a Kenwood KAC-8404 installed for all my door speakers. Can I get power for the tweeters from the 6.5 speaker, and it would it be best to have the amp HPF on when I install a sub?

Yes.

Yes. Set the HPF to ~80Hz

Yes. And midbass filters at the side door panels. Finding room will be the problem. Is this a three-way or two-way speakers, component or coaxial speakers you are adding? midrange to higher frequencies. Don't forget the Kenwood double din uses a grounding method on the parking braking wire too. So just connect that long green wire and screw it on to the chassis of the radio box in the back. Use ring connectors or other connectors you choose.​

Yes they have one built in already

80 hz is pretty low for most 6.5.
