Hard to say. There is no such thing as the loudest 15. It all depends on your box and install.

Well i pulled the trigger today and got 2 18" rs platiums. Will be upgrading amd too. Going with sundown sfb 13.5k

The question implies optimal conditions. He's obviously not asking for the loudest driver without an enclosure.

I run Deaf Bonce 275's. I'm happy with them. I think they could handle more than their 1500w rating, so your amp could give them what they want. I assume there are better options out there, but figured I'd share my experience.
