I don't know much it affects it, but buck had my design down to 64ths of an inch, so I would assume any more than a 32nds off would be an issue and tried to stay within that tolerance.

It would make maybe a couple hundredths of a cubic foot in difference. I actually calculated if your box was 13.125 tall internally vs 13. I would not worry about it, as long as it's sealed together nicely.

Crazy big box. 5 DC level 6 15's in a series 6th order wall tuned super low. Really, super low. RMS of all the subs together is 22,500 watts. I'm told they will be seeing 30,000+ watts. Box is going in a mid sized SUV. I'm told the inside of the box will be layered with resin.
