I would do the 12’s or 15’s, whatever fits best

Cone area is king, unless you don't have enough room for said cone area or are running a ton of power.

Is plexiglass going in the window? I love your design images but some of them beg to be seen once they're built!

(A tad hypocritical, but I'm ALMOST done with mine. I'm still blaming the weather because that's easier than admitting I'm lazy.)

@Buck quick question about boxes. If you don't want to answer, I understand. After a box is installed in a vehicle, what does the low peak frequency and high peak frequency tell you about a box? Sorry, if it's a dumb question.

Box size and tuning and port size somewhat. If you mean when a vehicle has two peaks, it's because there's a peak at the cabin resonance and a peak near port tuning. Doesn't count with some bandpasses, you could potentially get multiple peaks. Not a dumb question, I'm just not 100% sure which way you mean that question.
