I use MX-4 and a Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO. I ask cause that Fractal cooler is actually pretty good so I am concerned it may not be even on the CPU surface. On liquid as well for the CPU and its 71 in here because the heat is on well because I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, lol. But my GPU is at 68 C because I have Cyberpunk 2077 running in the background right now. Too lazy to go and check the CPU but I know with the paste I use which isn't the stuff the cooler comes with it drops the temps by at least 8-10 degrees C.
The stuff I am using is below but I have also used the other stuff linked below with great results throughout the years.
Anyways for some reason it won't just pop up but I am using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and the other stuff is Arctic MX-4
