I'm trying to figure my GPU slots. Like if it really matters which one I put it in. Seems like it might but the manual isn't the clearest on this part. The manual for my motherboard seems very good and user friendly so far.

In my manual it says the lower 2 PCIE slots for GPU's are not available with a single GPU, which doesn't make any sense, because people run GPU's in that middle slot by themselves. The first 2 x16 slots are both outlined in metal where the lowest slot isn't. I tend to think that means maybe they're both directly tied to the CPU. Having trouble finding info on it.

Top slot is the primary the next ones are secondary. Sometimes the secondary may not work until you change the bios and may not have as good specs as the primary.

On mine I have 4 PCIE, 3 are x 16, the top two are both CPU connected.

I hope I don't run into issues by putting some zip ties on my AIO lines. I was checking temperatures for both AIO's and zip ties and it really seems like I have a large margin there before the zip ties would have any malfunction. Lmk what you guys think too though.
