I was one of the good one's that knew what he was doing at O O O, Oreilly's. For future reference... they can look up parts by your V.I.N. and get you the correct part... I will bet that 93% of them working there don't even know that. It's a good idea to have it written down and carried on you. Also, if your Oreilly's has a commercial department, I'd speak to that person first as they "usually" are more knowledgeable than the regular staff. One last thought... if they look in the computer and can't find what you need and tell you it's something you will have to go to the dealership for without double checking in the parts books... you know, those bound stacks of paper with words on them, tell them to f**k off.
