Whelp had my 95th surgery today and talk about irritated from not being able to freaking move! Ended up shaving the spine & the herniated disk...all I gotta say is thank god for GOOD DRUGS

It isn't as bad as 20 years ago, now it is just a small 1-2 inch incision. First couple days are really bad but after that it improves every day. I can already tell a difference when compared to before so it did it's job.

Getting a call while I am trying to eat before I get ready for work.
The Social Security Administration calls... says they need information so they can submit my application. I said are you kidding?? I said, it is the 27th. The paperwork your organization sent me that arrived in my mailbox on the 22nd said if I did not mail back all of the paperwork to your organization by the 25th (less than 3 days), my application would be denied. No other dates were given. I said since you called, what can I give you? She wanted to know the Hospitals and Doctors that diagnosed me. One was from 17 years ago... the other from 2+ years ago. I don't have this information on hand or readily available... all I could give them was limited... the names of the Hospital and the names of the Dr. who was in charge of my re-injury and the final diagnosis of my knee as well as the place where I was doing my physical therapy (same place).
The diagnosis on my knee alone should be MORE then enough to label me disabled. I ask her how long before I can expect the denial so I can move forward. She said they have to submit it first to which I responded that I have been through this before when the original injury happened to my knee and I was denied. She ask why it was denied.... Now before anyone gets triggered I am repeating word for word what the S.S. person told me. I was told that because I am a "White Male" I am not considered disabled and I was also told that they HAVE to deny you three times anyway. This is what the Social Security Administration of these United States told me was the reason for my first denial. The "Doctor" they (The Social Security Administration) sent me to originally, literally told me to stand against the wall and hold my arms out to the left and right... That was it!!! No vitals, no examining the knee, no physical contact whatsoever of any kind.
By the way.... my food was cold as f**k.

My fight with SS started out because of massive knee issues as well so been there and know your frustration.
When I went through SSD starting in 2004 I was denied 3 times automatically. If they are telling you it is because you are a "white male" they are in violation of their own rules and laws. But to be denied 3 times automatically is a given. What saved me was when I went in for my hearing after fighting for 3 years was that I had a full notarized letter detailing my issues and the facts of everything I had already gone through along with what I had was going to progressively get worse throughout my body (and it has just as bad as we thought then) and then the judge Right then and there which FYI Happens maybe less then 1% of the time approved me for 100% Disability. The government didn't stand a chance against that letter, the paperwork in multiple 3 ring binders we had and the future outlook on my life.
So far in my life I have had 95 surgeries with the 95th that just happened on Thursday from a massively herniated disk causing a lot of issues to say the least and is related to my very rare genetic syndrome.
All told between both knees now I am close to iirc 28 or 29 surgeries on them with my next one on June 14th on my Right Knee which is what started all of this journey. I was NEVER sent to a SS doctor idk about Georgia but idk how they can make that even a legal examination. Each state is different and it sounds like Georgia has it's head up their ***** with regards to this kind of stuff, my sincere apologies as that is not indicative of how SS should work. Also have a damn good attorney because at this point should they lose they could end up paying you back up to 17 years of compensation depending on when you first filed and how long this kind of injury has been going on.

I have not listed all of my health issues with them... I am sure it will need to be handled by an attorney though. In that motorcycle wreck I fractured and dislocated my knee. Fractured and dislocated my shoulder. Broke my pinky finger... like clean break all the way through right in front of the knuckle. A few years before that I broke my neck at work. 2016 I re-injured my knee while at work. Now my ear issue. Ugghhh.
While at work tonight a pair of motorcycle riders in all of their intellect decided to get on my *** with their high beams on. Maybe a car length behind me. All three of my mirrors are properly adjusted and because they are, I am blinded by these two wonderful people. So I slow down... all the way down to 35mph in a 50. I am pissed at this point because I can't see shit in front of me. Finally they get bored with blinding me and decide to go around me and then in front of me.... AND SLOW DOWN just to piss me off. So I say ok and hit my high beams. 6,500K LED's and they don't f**k around, I light up the road for sure. Now they are flooded with light and they don't like it. So, they pull over and slipped back behind me, get on my *** again and blind me. My reverse light switch went out a few months back so I installed a 16 LED off road flood light pattern driving light (6,500K) and hooked it up to a relay and a cute little toggle switch with a red LED on it. I flip the switch and I see both of them twitch as they now have the sun directly in their faces. They don't budge though, they stay right on my *** so I keep the light right in their faces. I come up to my turn and the main offender starts to follow me but changes his mind at the last second... the other one follows me. When the main offender left I turned off my reverse light. Even though the bike was still blinding me I did not turn the light back on. As I stop at my delivery, I hear a woman say "What the hell was that?" I say "something on your mind?" We chat a bit, shes a 67 year old woman who is still seeing spots and is verbally shaken... I explain to her that all the way down the road I was blind in three mirrors because of the two of them and could barely see forward of me. I said you can't drive with your high beams on... she said it wasn't on. I said yes it was... she turned on the key to show me... guess what BLUE LIGHT WAS ON!!! We apologized to each other, shook hands, hugged... and off she went. I am a motorcycle rider and I do not ride with my high beam unless I am alone on the road. It is still against the law for bikes as well as cars to drive with your high beams on in traffic.

The Stealership says $86 APIECE for my TPMS sensors. They were happy to tell me they are in stock... I would imagine so at $86 per sensor. Nobody better be buying them. Anyway, I found genuine AC Delco TPMS sensors, same exact part number, same 315Mhz for $84 for the set of ALL 4.
