People trying to be a bigger person than me.... that pisses me off.
This lady, last night, ordered some pizza via her phone. It gives the address that SHE programmed into the app. I get the delivery but the store computer says it's in one area and my GPS says another. With Garmin GPS's you have to be complete and specific on the addresses or you could be sent elsewhere. Well there was a conflict with my GPS and the address she gave so I tried to call her... 4 damn times!!! No answer. So I get out of the Jeep, start to open the door to the pizza joint and she calls ME. I take the call, tell her who I am and ask her for the correct address so I can bring her the pizza she ordered. Instead of just doing so, she starts in with the "they have never had an issue before" blah blah blah bullshit and I tell her that the address she gave sends me to another location. She blames my GPS and finally tells me the restaurant that she is at and off I go.
As I approach the road the restaurant is on I see the mistake she made. In the street name there is a letter W indicating West. She put it at the end of the street name. This is not specific or correct and even the street sign for the road shows the W at the beginning of the street name. So, for shits and giggles I put it in my GPS the correct way and BAM!!! It works. I go in and again, I am not mad... perhaps slightly aggravated but otherwise fine and I interact with the people there and ask who ordered pizza. She comes from around the door and mind you, at this point I am just wanting to make the delivery, not make any points to the fact that she was wrong with the address and I begin the transaction. $27.12 is her total. She pops up with "So, I guess your GPS fixed itself?" in a smart *** tone and hands me two 20 dollar bills. I pause, look at her and say no, I put in the correct address and it worked fine. I then pointed at the receipt and said this address that YOU put into the app is not correct because W (West) is at the beginning of the street name, not the end... which is where YOU put it. The sign directly across the street also shows the W at the beginning. These things matter if you want anything brought to you in a timely manner. I then said let me get your change. She said it doesn't even matter, you are mad because your GPS is wrong. I said 1. I am not even remotely mad, I just wanted to get you the food you ordered quickly and 2. Like a computer, a GPS will only give back what you ask for.
This Psychopath says "it ain't even that deep, you have yourself a good night and I hope it get's better... just keep the change" I'm like WTF!?!?! She trying to be the bigger person here and I didn't do anything wrong... f**k That!! There are principalities involved. She even called my store and said she wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble but that I was rude and mad because I put in the wrong address!!! So what I am going to do is my brother and I are going to go eat there on our next day off together and we are going to request her to serve us. Then I am going to double the tip she gave me!! Let's see how she likes them apples.... try to be a bigger person than me... f**k that shit!
