That's not a G series. It's a D motor with G soft parts and basket. There is a big differance in the motor.

Seriously though, that install is awesome. I had thought about doing something similar with my truck. Then I wrecked the ***** and my showcar dreams went out the door.

Those are DD 9500G's have 30% more motor strength than the F if I'm not mistaken.
The pair of subs are being powered by 1 Hifonics Cyclops, 4000 watts. There are 2 NSB 90 batteries and an HO alternator on the way. I can't sit inside the car. We're going to need to break the subs in for a while before we can do a video. A standard DD9500 will take almost 1 month to break in.

Very nice install Tuan. I don't know that I buy people saying that the parameters haven't changed. If the driver gained 30% BL, Qes and Qts went down, period. For an already heavily motored sub, I don't know that the increase in BL is necessary or even beneficial, but it certainly adds to the awe factor that many people drool over.
