YGPM clarifying. i was talkin about the OP's bracing (no offense, again)I have my box braced on x,y, and z planes...
what do you suggest then george?
yea i saw that i posted right after your picture of the bracing, and then i say the bracings no good lol. bad timing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.giflol you got me confused
that would be MUCH better. your still constricting it a little bit becaue those pieces stick out pretty good, but it will be much better.what if i cut out the center part of the brace and left the outter trim? and yes this does over power my fronts lol
i like my threaded rods.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gifthat would be MUCH better. your still constricting it a little bit becaue those pieces stick out pretty good, but it will be much better.
you should get metered, before and after you cut that section out. see how much of a gain you get.
you can trying using wood dowels in the future if you want a clean look. or if you dont mind a nut and bolt protruding from the box you can do what xtremebassjunky did with the threaded rods, which is even better.
did you cut out that brace yet?![]()
