XS batteries.

Looking at the D4800 for my suv. Or the 3400. Any info on these from users ? XS says the 4800 is the closest size to fit with slight mods. Running a CT 1400 and so far not much voltage drop but would like to upgrade. Thanks, if any vendors sell comparable batteries please let me know.

Glad I saw this. I own both the 4800 AND 3400 and I gotta say these things perform. I have the 4800 under my hood and the 3400 back by the amp. Im running a 3k, 400x4, and a 150x2. My suv charges at 14.4-14.5 and I dont drop below 14.0 full tilt (unless playing a sine wave then lowest ive seen is 13.7). But then again, my 3k is suuper efficient and i have a 250a singer alt, but 14.0 is lowest ive seen at idle which my alt puts out ~170a.

amazon has really good prices on xs power. you will see increased performance with xs power batts.

Stick with what XS Power suggests. Our customers have had great luck with XS Power and we run them in our SSA vehicles.

Installed the battery. Much better now, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone that replied. This battery was def worth the money.
