Loved it. Played it through three or four times.

I don't really enjoy games like that. They're fun for the first few minutes... but grow boring. I was hopeing that L4D would be different because of the mini-missions... but I was wrong. I think a lot of it has to do with the customization factor. If I can't tailor the game/character to suit me/my playing style, then I lose interest pretty fast.

Really? Is it like a Fallout style of game or like a Final Fantasy... because I can't sit through Final Fantasy...
I shall go look at screenshots noaw.

More like final fantasy.

Its not at all boring. Great story, fun combat. Characters with well "character".

I think you will like it.

Operation Anchorage for Fallout 3 comes out the 27th. Then the Pitt on 2/27, and another on 3/27 that will move the level cap to 30, allow gameplay after the main quest, and add additional perks. Honestly, if they would just keep releasing 4-6 hour expansions for this game every 3-6 months, I would never stop playing it.

BTW..I used my last perk for "explorer" and have found EVERY location on the map besides the one western vault (radiation level too high). With about 75 hours in the game, I have every special weapon built, every unique weapon and armor, and all but a handful of unmarked quests completed. I now spend my days wandering the wasteland, taking pop shots at death claws from a distance with my victory rifle.

NFS undercover is the only game I dont play online. Good story mode. They have highway battles where your racing through traffic on the highway. You gotta weave in and out of cars going like 180mph coming inches from hitting them. Its super sick

$38 now, but I got the same card discounted earlier this week for $30. Can't beat it for 12 months. I think each expansion is around $10-12 dollars

I would have to say either Dead Space or Bioshock. Both were great game's but they aren't that long probably 10-12 hour's at most depending on how you play. I just recently started back playing Bioshock and it's just as fun now as it was when it first came out. If you can hold out i would suggest waiting for Fear 2 to come out. But that is about 3 week's away still. Hopefully it get's put up for download soon. I really enjoyed playing the demo for it.
