I have two old version type R 10s in my possession to trade. I want to put two e8's in my friends z06 so these need to go. They have seen better days but still function 100%. I threw them in a box I had and paired them with my aq1200d @ 1 ohm and they took every bit of that amp without getting warm!
Cosmetics:
The foam "surround" on the basket is half still there so at the buyers/traders request I can strip the basket to bare metal. There are no scuffs or holes in the rubber surround nor on the cone. The basket, magnet, and boot have a few scuffs, oxidation, and rust but nothing major.
Mechanically:
Both subs have been thoroughly tested with 1200rms (non clipped) on several songs to make sure nothing was wrong with them. Even overpowering them by a lot these subs NEVER got warm; I was very surprised.
