Eh I guess I could finish deadening the other door, than take a trip up to Best Buy (1.5 hour round trip on a Friday evening) to get the harness.

Are you sure they would only charge $5? I remember a few years ago I damaged the harness for my Pioneer radio and Circuit City wanted to charge me $25.

I always head to the install bay and ask them if they have any spares. The BB here has a drawer full of spare harnesses and they have given me two new Kenwood harnesses with no questions asked. I just be polite and ask if it's possible.

Ultimate audio in Orlando said they would give me one for free if they had and Audio Illusions said that they would charge me $5. I actually turned down their offer and went to Best Buy to get it for free haha.

i think your using the wrong plug. alpine usedwhite plugs on their older models but im pretty sure most of the decks over the past few years have used the slightly smaller black plug.

Well, I went to the local stereo shop and they sold me a Alpine harness for $20, and it doesn't work either. GREAT.
