Yah it's totally a scam, he'll send you a fake paypal verification e-mail and the money will never show up in your account. I almost got taken by one of those, I'd never heard of it before and I shipped it (it was an xbox360 too actually) and luckily I realized I was an idiot soon enough and got it shipped back to me. just re-list it because the money will NEVER show up in your account.
