Would this sub/power upgrade be worth it?

How much more output am I looking at going ported? Would I give up any sq even if the box is built and tuned correct?

Haha sorry for my lame paint skills, but what do you think about something like this. Move the box back a little half way up so that the arm rest will still open then port the front of it where the red arrow is. Obviously this may need a little modification to help fit perfectly but as long as you round the corners i don't really see any problems with this box. Then you can also upgrade to 1000wrms and that thing will really sing
