Question on DD motors, please help

I want to run two 9510's. I currently have one that has the E motor with G soft parts. I have a good offer on another with a F motor and F soft parts. Will mismatching these motors make that big of a difference?

IIRC, F had cooling and E didn't. Other than that, they was very similar.
