Generally you do not want two separate ports for a box with only 1 chamber.

OK new dimensions box 21h 35w 19.5d port dimensions 5h 8w 13.85d tuned to 32hz and after speaker displacement and port displacement I should be at 5.944 cubic feet is this right? I will be putting a single port under the top speaker in between the two bottom sneakers

Port is about half the size it needs to be.
