lol, type r's can take like 1,500 rms if you are careful. I would take them over an SE anyday for output.

the 12 can, mine is def taking more then 1500.. n yes its unclipped and dont take it very nice when clipping but it takes it

Type-R is more of a spl one hit wonder, sealed sounds better, but ported it wil flex your car

RE Audio Se is or can get just as loud, it will go deeper & it will be more musicial.

sealed sounds really nice,ported sounds even louder with a lot of cone control.

Porbably one of the best subs in it's price range.
