Not true. Mags used to go for 400. Now a days you can pick them up for 250~ shipped. Hell i saw one with a slight rub in the surround for 200 shipped.

JL Audio is a more reputable company...plus the W3 are very efficient and have decent SQ

you will be surprised how low the bass gets on these subs

couple of guys have run over 500 watts to the W3 without any issues

you just have to know what you are doing.

if you get a sealed box for it I dont think 500 watts to the W3 will be a problem
